We ship our products within Switzerland/Liechtenstein and internationally to all countries worldwide. Delivery and quality control are carried out by the responsible personnel in our warehouse. Processing times vary depending on the size of the order.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the order. Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume. Custom-made products or bulk orders may require a longer processing time.
National orders (incl. Liechtenstein): Delivered via Swiss Post and DPD.
International orders: Shipped quickly and efficiently via FedEx. Shipping costs for international orders are 19.00 CHF.
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option and destination:
Standard Shipping (Switzerland/Liechtenstein): 7.90 CHF for orders under 89.00 CHF. Delivery time is approx. 3-4 business days.
International Shipping: 19.00 CHF. Delivery time is approx. 5-7 business days.
Free Shipping: Available for orders over 89.00 CHF, ONLY within Switzerland.
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. Delays caused by external factors (e.g., customs clearance) are beyond our control.
We have no shipping restrictions – Worldwide shipping available.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery at any time.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@walklikeapro.ch.
Damaged Goods: Please send us photos of the damaged items and the packaging so that we can find a solution.
Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will verify the status with the shipping provider and, if necessary, arrange a replacement delivery or a refund. We will assist you in filing a claim with the transport company and strive for a satisfactory resolution.
Returns are possible within 14 days. Please contact us in advance at support@walklikeapro.ch.
The customer bears the cost of the return shipping.
Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging.
