General terms and conditions of business

1. Delivery, ordering and payment
There is no minimum order quantity. Deliveries take 3-4 business days within Switzerland and 5-7 business days for international deliveries. All orders are delivered to the address provided by the customer. The WalkLikeAPro team always contacts customers if an item in an order is not in stock. All orders with good credit can be paid by invoice. The payment term is 14 days. Late payment fees, as per the terms and conditions, are CHF 20.00. Walk Like A Pro GmbH reserves the right to cancel an order or ship only against prepayment if the customer is not creditworthy or has one or more outstanding invoices with Walk Like A Pro GmbH. Shipping partners are Swiss Post and DPD.
2. Delivery abroad
For orders from abroad, shipping costs (starting at CHF 19.00) are calculated automatically and displayed during the checkout process. Orders from outside Switzerland are only accepted via bank transfer, credit card, and PayPal.
3. Credit check
We subject first-time customers to a credit check. Should it transpire that the customer has or has had outstanding debt collection proceedings, Walk Like A Pro GmbH reserves the right to make delivery of orders contingent upon prepayment. In this case, the customer may also cancel the purchase if they wish.
4. Shipping conditions
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. This usually happens on the same day or the next business day. However, occasional delivery delays due to various reasons are unfortunately unavoidable. Items that are out of stock will be placed on backorder and shipped to you as soon as they arrive at our warehouse.
5. Prizes
Our prices are listed in CHF (Swiss Francs) including the currently applicable 8.1% VAT. Prices for orders from abroad do not include taxes. Prices and offers are valid until further notice!
6. Retention of title
We retain title to the goods until all payments due under the contract have been received. In the event of late payment, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract and reclaim the goods. We reserve the right to conduct a credit check even after the contract has been concluded and to withdraw from the contract if the result is negative. If one of our suppliers fails to deliver the ordered goods despite a contractual obligation, and this results in a non-temporary impediment to performance for which we are not at fault, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract. In the event of withdrawal, we will inform you immediately of the unavailability and promptly refund any payments already made.
7. Order Confirmation
For orders placed directly through our online shop, you will normally receive an order confirmation via email within 24 hours (weekdays). If you do not receive this confirmation, your order may not have reached us. In this case, please send us an email with your inquiry or contact us by phone. Your order will then be checked and processed immediately. Should an item be unavailable, we will inform you on the invoice or you will receive a notification via email. Our delivery is subject to the condition that we ourselves receive timely and correct delivery from our suppliers. Compensation for damages due to delayed delivery is excluded, unless caused by gross negligence.
8. Cancellation Policy
Right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you can withdraw from your contract without giving reasons by sending written notice (e.g., letter, email) or by returning the goods. The withdrawal period is two weeks if you received this notice of withdrawal separately in written form (e.g., letter, email) before concluding the contract; in all other cases, the period is one month. The period begins no earlier than one day after receipt of the notice of withdrawal, which must be sent to the consumer separately in written form (e.g., letter, email). In no case does the withdrawal period begin before the goods are received by the recipient. Timely dispatch of the notice of withdrawal or the goods is sufficient to meet the withdrawal deadline. 9. Note
Unless otherwise agreed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs, or which, due to their nature, are not suitable for return, can spoil quickly, or whose expiration date would be exceeded. Returns sent freight collect cannot be accepted. Please ensure your return shipment is adequately prepaid and, if possible, use our shipping packaging. In accordance with section 2, you will receive a credit note to your customer account or, after notification, to your bank account.
10. Refunds
We reserve the right to claim compensation from the consumer for any deterioration of the goods resulting from their intended use. The consumer may carefully and diligently inspect the goods. The consumer is liable for any loss in value resulting from use beyond mere inspection, which renders the goods unsaleable as new. In cases of significant deterioration, this may extend to a full refund of the purchase price.
11. Miscellaneous provisions
We reserve the right to correct printing and typesetting errors. However, you will be notified immediately of any price or product composition changes (if necessary) upon order confirmation. We strive to minimize printing and typesetting errors. The product images shown may be for illustrative purposes only (i.e., the finished product may have slightly different packaging, differently designed bands/labels, and the inscription may also vary). This occurs because the final images are not always available immediately after a product change, which is why an older product photo may be used. The product description always reflects the current product status.

14. POWERPAY Terms and Conditions End Customer Information
Purchase on account with partial payment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY, as an external payment service provider, offers the payment method "purchase on account." With a single invoice, you can easily pay for your online purchase by invoice. If you do not pay within the specified timeframe, you will subsequently receive a monthly statement with an order summary in the following month.
Upon conclusion of the purchase agreement, POWERPAY assumes the resulting invoice claim and handles the corresponding payment processing. When purchasing on account, you accept POWERPAY's terms and conditions in addition to our own (powerpay.ch/de/agb).
