Dear consumers,
 if you have a problem with a product you bought from us, such as:
 1. You don't like it or you are not comfortable with it:
 You have the right to return the unused product within five days and we will refund you the money. You are responsible for the shipping costs when you return the product.
 2. The size does not fit you or the product is damaged during transport:
 - You have the right to return the unused product, we will send you another, the same product and, if you wish, a larger or smaller number or the same product without damage.
 - If you want to return the product, you must do so within five days from the date of receipt in the original undamaged packaging with the invoice, all of which are packed in the same way as when you received them.
 - Please do not stick or write on the item's original packaging.
 - Send your return to the post office, DPD, FedEx, DHL, UPS or another shipping service.
 - We bear the shipping costs for returning the goods.

 - Please note that returns in shops can only be accepted in undamaged original packaging and with a receipt.
