Terms of Service

 1. Delivery, ordering and payment:

 There is no minimum order quantity. Deliveries take 2-3 working days in Switzerland, 5-7 working days for foreign countries and all orders are delivered to the address given by the customer. WalkLikeAPro team always contacts customers when part of an order is not available in stock. All orders with a good credit rating can be paid for by invoice. Payment period is 14 days. Reminder fees according to the GTC are CHF 20.00. Walk Like A Pro GmbH could cancel an order or only send it against prepayment if the customer is not creditworthy or has one or more open invoices with Walk Like A Pro GmbH. The shipping partner is the Swiss Post and DPD Post.

 2. Delivery abroad:
 When ordering from abroad, the shipping costs (from 19.00 CHF) are automatically calculated and are visible to you during the ordering process. Orders outside of Switzerland are only accepted with bank transfer, credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover), PayPal and Twint payment.
 IMPORTANT: We deliver Schiek produkts only in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

 3. Credit check:
 We subject first-time customers to a credit check. If it turns out that the customer has or has had debt enforcement proceedings, Walk Like A Pro GmbH reserves the right to make the delivery of the orders dependent on an advance payment. In this case, the customer can also withdraw from the purchase upon request.

 4. Shipping terms:
 We try to process incoming orders as quickly as possible and send them to our customers. Usually this happens on the same day or on the next working day. Unfortunately, occasional delivery delays for various reasons. That cannot be ruled out. Articles that cannot be delivered will be noted and sent to you after we have received the goods.

 5. Prices:
 Our prices are shown in CHF (Swiss Francs) including the currently valid 8.1% VAT. The prices for orders from abroad do not include taxes. Prices and offers are valid until further notice!

 6. Retention of title:
 We reserve title to the purchased item until all payments from the contract have been received. In the event of default in payment, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract and reclaim the purchased item. We reserve the right to carry out a credit check even after the contract has been concluded and to withdraw from the contract if the result is negative. In the event that a supplier no longer delivers the ordered goods from us despite a contractual obligation and this leads to an obstacle to performance through no fault of our own, which is not only temporary, we are entitled to withdraw. In the event of withdrawal, we will inform you immediately about the unavailability and immediately reimburse you for any consideration already made.

 7. Order confirmation:
 If you order directly from our online shop, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email within 24 hours (on working days). If you do not receive this, it is possible that we did not receive your order. In this case, please send us an email with your request or contact us by phone. Your order will then be checked and processed immediately. Should an article not be available, we will inform you on the invoice or you will receive a notification by email. Our delivery is subject to the fact that we ourselves are supplied on time and correctly. Compensation for late delivery is excluded, provided there is no gross negligence.

 8. Cancellation policy:
 Right of withdrawal. As a consumer, you can revoke your contractual declaration in writing (e.g. letter, e-mail) or by returning the item without giving reasons. The revocation period is two weeks if you received this revocation instruction in text form (e.g. letter, email) separately before the contract was concluded; in other cases the period is one month. The period begins at the earliest one day after receipt of a cancellation policy to be communicated separately to the consumer in text form (e.g. letter, e-mail). In no case does the withdrawal period begin before the recipient receives the goods. The timely dispatch of the cancellation or the goods is sufficient to meet the cancellation deadline.  9. Note:
 Unless otherwise agreed, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts - for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or that are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are unsuitable for return due to their nature or that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be exceeded. Returns sent with freight collect cannot be accepted. Please post sufficient postage for your return and use our transport packaging if possible; In accordance with Section 2, you will receive a credit to your customer or - if notified accordingly - bank account.

 10. Refunds:
 We reserve the right to demand compensation from the consumer for any deterioration caused by the intended use of the goods. The consumer should carefully examine the goods. The loss in value that leads to the fact that the goods can no longer be sold as new as a result of the use beyond the mere examination, must be borne by the consumer. In the event of significant deterioration, this can lead to the justification of the full purchase price.

 11. Various provisions:
 There are possibilities of misprints. However, when you confirm your order, you will be informed immediately of any change in price or product composition (if necessary). However, we endeavour to rule out printing and typesetting errors as far as possible. The products shown can also be symbol photos (i.e. the finished product can have a slightly different packaging appearance or differently designed banderols / labels, and the label may also differ). This comes about because the finished images are not always available immediately after a product has been changed, which is why an older product photo must be used. However, the current status of the product can be found in the product description.

 12. Notice of liability:
 Despite careful content control, we assume no liability for the content of external links. The operators of the linked pages are solely responsible for their content.
